When can I place my order?
It is never too early to order! You can place your order in advance for any chosen arrival date (the website will prompt you to enter in the exact arrival date you'd like your leis to arrive.) During the months of May and June we are EXTREMELY busy due to graduation and wedding season. During these busy months, we appreciate if you could book your order at least two weeks in advance (the sooner the better.)Can I order last minute?
Yes, we accept last minute orders. A rush fee will be added. Please call us to discuss the details. You are responsible for the cost of expedited shipping rates.Will you get my order delivered in time for my event?
When you are closing out your order, we ask you for the precise date of arrival. Please state the exact day you would like your shipment to arrive. Just a little tip: we prefer to send your order to arrive the day before your event. So, for example, if your event is scheduled for Saturday, we will make sure your shipment arrives on Friday. Request Friday as your shipment arrival date (upon check-out.)How will my order be shipped?
Orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS). Priority Mail with Insurance or Express Mail with Insurance is available. For more info, see Shipping Rates.Are discounts available on large orders?

Yes, however, most leis are not labeled "male or female" and look attractive on both genders. If you have any questions or need suggestions, please email or call us and we would love to assist you.Why is insurance included in the shipping rates?
Due to the nature of your lei(s), items are insured for your protection. For more info, see Shipping Rates.May we use our own FedEx account number to ship our lei order?
Yes. Please contact us to adjust the shipping costs; your credit card will not be charged for shipping if you provide us with a FedEx account number.What is your return/refund policy?
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the nature of our products, there are no refunds, credits, or exchanges. Please call if you have any questions or concerns prior to ordering.
What is your cancellation policy?
For silk flower money leis, you may cancel your order no later than four days prior to your scheduled shipping date (not arrival date) for a full refund. Cancellations for orders placed within four days of your scheduled shipping date are subject to partial refunds. Sorry, cancellations for orders placed within 48 hours of your scheduled shipping date will be charged in full.
For fresh flower leis, you may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order. However, cancellations for orders placed within seven business days of your scheduled pick up date will be charged in full and no refund will be provided.
